Our clients had a back and side yard of patchy lawn with a concrete slab off the back door (see the “Before” photos at bottom!).
They wanted a space to relax in the hammock, to enjoy a firepit on a chilly evening, or to host a 6-8 person dinner party on the back deck.
We designed:
- A low-maintenance Trex deck
- A flagstone firepit area
- New low-maintenance, shade-loving plantings
- A woodchip path through the new side garden
- Microspray irrigation to ensure the new garden thrived
And then our clients hung their favorite hammock from a couple of tall douglas firs. Voila!
